Schneider Electric Exhibits Modular Drives

Schneider Electric will be showcasing its latest drives and products at the Drives and Controls show. The show will see the launch of the Altivar 32, Schneider's book-shape modular drive, a space-saving device that is fully solution orientated. This will be on display alongside the GV2 motor circuit breaker, demonstrating its direct mounting capability to the Altivar 32, and the Lexium 32 compact servo drive - also fully compatible with the Altivar 32 for power utilities, optional components and mounting.

Also being showcased for the first time will be the Altivar 32's embedded Bluetooth capability. This will be demonstrated with wireless configuration from a mobile phone using Schneider's SoMove mobile utility. Schneider's technical team will also be demonstrating how its range of products offers a fully integrated solution for end users, allowing them to achieve energy and process savings of up to 30 per cent.
