Cabinet Vision To Display Solid-Modelling Software

Cabinet Vision, part of Planit Software, will showcase the latest version of its solid-modelling software for woodworking professionals at the upcoming KBB exhibition. The company, which will be found on Stand L38 in Hall 18, will demonstrate Version 5 of the software.

Company members will be on hand to take visitors through the latest in Cabinet Vision, showing how they can use the solid-modelling technology to create true 3D presentations of the final product on screen, while simultaneously generating the necessary information for the shop floor.

Cabinet Vision can also provide full screen-to-machine automation for customers using CNC machines as well as complete costings and quotations. The UK's KBB trade exhibition is targeted at the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, tile, heating and plumbing industries.

FUSE SIZING CONSIDERATIONS FOR HIGHER EFFICIENCY MOTORS

When selecting the proper fuse for short circuit protection in motor starting applications, it is important to not only ensure that the fuse will not nuisance open during motor start up times, but also that the fuse will coordinate as required with overload relays. When sizing fuses between 125% and 150% of the motor nameplate current, several advantages, including ease of coordination with an overload device, a smaller disconnect, and increased short circuit protection from a lower fuse rating, can be achieved.
