Binder Offers T-shaped Splitter For 870 Connectors

Binder-USA has released a T-shaped splitter for the series 870 7/8in connectors. The T-splitter is used to connect several devices for a power supply or a bus connection. Designed for Devicenet applications, the 7/8in connectors are said to be ideal for use in industrial automation environments.

The connectors feature a female to male and female connection with the option of four, five or six gold-plated contacts. When properly mated, the connection is sealed to an IP-67 rating and has good immunity to vibration. Series 820 field-attachable connectors and series 870 cordsets are available for a complete connecting system.
