Enviro Introduces Water-Quality Monitors

Enviro Technology has introduced a range of monitors tailored for professionals who are responsible for water-quality measurement and management. Manufactured by In-Situ, the Troll sensors measure water-quality indicators such as temperature, pH, conductivity and dissolved oxygen. They also record additional factors, including temperature and water level.

The technology is targeted at industries and organisations that are concerned with monitoring waste or process water. The instruments comprise a portable unit housing up to nine individual sensors as well as internal power and optional data-logging capabilities.

Each probe undergoes a full calibration and minimal site and maintenance visits are required. A user-friendly interface and low power consumption further enhance the product range, according to the company. Setup wizards and fast data download rates are standard and battery life is guaranteed for up to five years or two million readings.
