Dytran Designs High-Temperature Accelerometers

Dytran Instruments has developed the 3235C series of high-temperature, high-sensitivity charge-output accelerometers to measure vibration of surfaces at temperatures up to 500F (287C). These units feature high charge sensitivity while offering a balanced differential output.

The 3235C series are available in three versions that differ in sensitivity: 50pC/g (3235C1), 100pC/g (3235C2) and 200pC/g (3235C3). They feature a transverse-mounted, glass-to-metal, sealed two-pin connector and an industry-standard three-bolt mount. They are packaged in a hermetically sealed Inconel housing and are suitable for turbine engine vibration measurements and industrial monitoring in high-temperature environments.
