Connectors For Accelerometers And Pressure-Sensors

Precision Hermetic Technology has released new PHT Microtite connectors in two and three contact positions. These miniature titanium interconnect products with glass to metal hermetic-seal reliability are suited for accelerometer and pressure-sensor applications. Featuring proprietary hermetic interface, these new connectors incorporate 0.38mm tin-plated contacts in a 4.9 x 5.82mm package with M4.5 thread.

They are available as a plug and receptacle mated pair. Insulation resistance is greater than 1000 Meg ohms, with dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000V DC at a leak rate of 1 x 10-9cc/sec helium at a pressure differential of one atmosphere. The operating temperature range is -180C to +1,770C.
