Introducing ifm's VT Vibration Transmitter: High Performance Accelerometer Technology at a Great Value

ifm's new VT Series Vibration Transmitter is designed to permanently mount on industrial equipment to continuously monitor changes in a machine's vibraiton level. By detecting vibration changes when they first occur, the VT transmitter can help to prevent equipment from catastrophically failing.

The 2-wire loop-powered transmitter provides a 4...20 mA output. Manufactured with a 316 stainless steel housing, the VT transmitter is designed to withstand harsh environments. An operating temperature rating of -20…220°F (-30…105°C) enables the transmitter to resist extreme temperature fluctuations. The hermetically sealed housing meets IP68 / IP69K environmental standards.

Installation is simple using the VT's standard M12 Micro DC connector and interchangeable mounting studs.
