ARBOR Introduces Slim Mobile POS Tablet Computer

ARBOR has lunched the brand new logistics tablet computer - G1050. The G1050 is powered by a 1.6GHz Atom Z530P processor, uses the GMA500 graphics controller, and comes with 2GB of DDR2 SDRAM system memory. Also with a 1.8" 32GB SSD storage installed. Featuring the low power consumption CPU and an internal 1880mAH battery plus a hot-swappable 2500mAH battery, the G1050 provides operating time up to 9 hours.

The G1050 adopts 10.4" TFT active matrix with resistive touch screen enhancing operating efficiency. Its seamless and chemical resistant designed panel also makes it easy to be cleaned. IP54-rated for anti-water and anti-dust along with vibration (3 Gms), shock (40G) and drop resistance (4 feet) design offers protection which keeps the system working stably as well as extends its service life.

G1050 integrates a wide variety of interfaces including two USB 2.0 ports, a SIM socket, a SD/SDHC card slot, an Express Card 54 along with desktop cradle for different operation method which supports further expansion such as three USB ports and a LAN port. Furthermore, G1050 offers multi-network connectivity including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Gobi 3000 HSUPA module for facilitating data transmission.

The primary target market of G1050 is POS and logistics for warehousing application, stock management, for example. G1050 comes with multiple identification devices including a 1D/2D barcode scanner and a RFID reader while provides a 2.0 megapixels CMOS camera for data retrieving and image capturing.
