Trubiquity Acquires ECbridges

Trubiquity, a leading provider of global Managed File Transfer (MFT) and business process integration solutions, has acquired the assets of ECbridges, a leading provider of e-commerce, electronic data interchange (EDI) and business process management solutions (BPM) offered in both SaaS and on-premise deployment models. The acquisition includes substantially all of ECbridges’ assets, customers and business operations.

As part of the asset acquisition, ECbridges’ users will join the TRUedx community, Trubiquity’s portfolio of MFT solutions that integrates with existing ERP systems across multiple platforms and enables seamless EDI and supply chain integration.

Trubiquity is headquartered in Troy, Michigan, USA, with offices in Carlsbad, California, and international offices in Germany and the United Kingdom as well as an international network of resellers. Trubiquity provides Managed File Transfer (MFT) and business process integration solutions for automotive, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, retail, finance, healthcare and consumer goods industries and enables its customers to connect, move and share key business information with its global teams and valued partners.
