NEW 1662-1708 MHz VCO FROM CRYSTEK CORPORATION

Crystek's CVCO33BE-1662-1708 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 1662 MHz to 1708 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 V to 4.5 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -106 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +2 dBm.

Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO33BE-1662-1708 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.3 in x 0.3 in SMD package. Input voltage is 5 V, with a max current consumption of 20 mA.
