NEW HEYCO® CPV SOLAR BULKHEAD CONNECTORS AND CPV SOLAR CONNECTORS IDEAL FOR PHOTOVOLTOIC WIRE INTERCONNECTIONS AND THROUGHPANEL CONNECTIONS

Heyco Products, Inc., a leading ISO 9001:2008 US-based designer and manufacturer of wire protection products and power components, has announced availability of their new CPV Solar Connectors.

Heyco CPV Solar Bulkhead Connectors mate with Heyco CPV Solar Connectors creating a liquid tight seal through the panel. They are provided with an assembled locknut and have an Integral Sealing Ring that ensures a superior seal at the mounting hole location every time. The connectors crimp to stranded 14 to 10 gauge wire for internal connections.

The CPV Solar Connectors offer a large cable diameter range covering a wide range of both USE-2 and 1000V PV cables. Acme threads on the cap prevent skipping and speed installation. These connectors meet all UL cold impact requirements of the -35°C test and meet all NEC requirements for solar installations.

The CPV Solar and Bulkhead Connectors are UL recognized under File E344722, TUV certified under certification number R60033714, are IP 65 & 67 rated, have a V0 flammability rating and are constructed of polycarbonate for good chemical and impact resistance. Disconnecting and crimping tools are available for both CPV Solar Bulkhead and CPV Solar Connectors.

TURCK M8 CORDSETS WITH 100 PERCENT SHIELDING OPTION PROTECT AGAINST EMI/RFI

TURCK is now offering the option to completely shield M8 picofast ® cordsets by connecting a braided shield directly to the coupling nut. This provides a cost-effective and reliable connection with 100 percent cable and connector shielding, which protects against electromagnetic and radio frequency interference.

The 3 and 4-pin cordsets are available with flexlife ® PVC or PUR jacketed cable. All connectors deliver IEC IP 67 protection.

The M8 picofast line, like most TURCK cordsets, provides male or female, straight and right angle connectors, standard and custom lengths, and pigtails or extensions. Fully encapsulated mating receptacles are also offered, completing the system.
