NEW 3200 MHz VCO

Crystek's CVCO55CCQ-3200-3200 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates at 3200 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 V to 4.5 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +6 dBm.

Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55CCQ-3200-3200 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5 in x 0.5 in SMD package. Input voltage is 6 V, with a typical current consumption of 27 mA. Pushing and Pulling are minimized to 0.1 MHz/V and 0.3 MHz pk-pk, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -12 dBc typical.

The CVCO55CCQ-3200-3200 is ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.

When selecting the proper fuse for short circuit protection in motor starting applications, it is important to not only ensure that the fuse will not nuisance open during motor start up times, but also that the fuse will coordinate as required with overload relays.
