Landia Supplies Brewery with Aeration System

Hook Norton Brewery has selected Landia to supply an aeration system, comprising dry-mounted MPTK-1 chopper pumps (7.5kW), to aerate wastewater at a loading rate of 10kg COD/m3. The knife system of Landia's chopper pumps is designed to ensure that solids cannot get into the pump and clog it up, meaning there is no downtime. The specially designed pump casing and impeller also protects it from impurities.
