Vibration Isolation Mounts are RoHS Compliant

JW Winco now offers cylindrical-type GN 351 vibration isolation mounts, which are suitable for the elastic mounting of machine units such as motors, compressors and pumps, in metric sizes. Designed to be simple and economical construction elements, the RoHS-compliant components are also known as vibration mounts, anti-vibration mounts, vibration bobbins or rubber bumpers. Their resilience and broad range of different sizes and dimensions allow these mounts to be used in many applications that require vibration isolation.

These mounts are available in three types: with two tapped holes; with one tapped hole and one threaded stud; or with two threaded studs. The mount body is made of natural rubber (NR), vulcanised, 55 durometer with a shore hardness of +/-5 degrees. The cover plate is made of steel, zinc plated, blue passivated and moulded in, as are the tapped inserts or threaded studs. Tapped and stud versions in inch sizes are available upon request. Specials, with certain minimum quantities, are also available. 40 and 70 durometer natural rubber material is available upon request.

JW Winco offers a selection of inch- and metric-size adjustable levers; cabinet U-handles; plastic and steel hinges and locking mechanisms; revolving and retractable handles; hand wheels, cranks and knobs; tube connection and conveyor components; levelling mounts; spring, ball and indexing plungers; jig, fixture and fastening components; retaining magnet assemblies; toggle clamps; metric casters and wheels; universal joints; oil-sight glasses; and metric tools for the industrial and commercial equipment industries.
