Yaskawa Europe Frequency Inverters are Suitable for High-Speed Applications

A1000 and V1000 frequency inverters from Yaskawa are suitable for applications with high speeds, such as main spindles for wood processing machines and CNC processing centres, and drives for turbo pumps and compressors. The inverters are now available with output frequencies of up to 1,000Hz.

Both series are available for 230V or 400V mains voltage operation with nominal power ratings of 0.4–110kW or 0.4–160kW for the A1000 inverter and 0.1–3.0kW or 0.1–15kW for the V1000 inverter. Series A1000 functions can be used in conjunction with permanent magnet motors without rotational speed feedback for efficient and energy-saving drives.
