PCA-6011 Full-Size Slot Single Board Computer Supports LGA775 Intel® Core™ 2 Quad Processor with VGA/Dual GbE
Advantech, the embedded platform and integration services provider, announces the new PICMG 1.0 full-sized single board computer— PCA-6011, designed with the Intel® G41 and the ICH7R chipset for industrial applications. PCA-6011 is a high performance quad core Processor with strong I/O capability. PCA-6011 supports LGA 775 Intel® Core™2 Quad, Core™2 Duo, Pentium® Dual-Core and Celeron® 400 series processors with FSB up to 1333 MHz and DDR3 800/1066MHz SDRAM up to 4GB. PCA-6011 is capable of software SATA RAID 0, 1, 5 & 10 to ensure high storage performance and data protection.
PCA-6011 features excellent graphic processing capability through its embedded Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500 with shared memory up to 352MB. This latest industrial motherboard provides strong 2D/3D graphic processing power without the need for an additional add-on graphic card which reduces extra cost, power consumption and thermal design effort.
PCA-6011 has abundant I/O interfaces: it hasfour SATA2 ports supporting S/W RAID 0,1,5,10, providing high data transmission rates of (300 MB/sec) and super-reliable read/write performance. The two serial ports (COM ports) can be used for device control applications. Dual Gigabit Ethernet LANs offer strong networking capability and support teaming and fail-over function. More I/O interfaces like ISA, FDD, PS/2, and parallel port are provided to ensure full backward compatibility when transitioning to a new generation platform.
