KMT Waterjet Welcomes Aboard New Food Processing Integrator, Marchant Schmidt

Marchant Schmidt is now including Waterjet Cutting Technology to their product list. Waterjet cutting is currently being used in many food applications including cutting frozen pizza, cakes, bread, fruit bars, candy bars, frozen pies, fruit, vegetables and meat.

In collaboration with KMT Waterjet Systems, Marchant Schmidt can integrate waterjet cutting with their equipment. This technology offers a higher yield, with uninterrupted production by cutting food in a sanitary environment through a bacteria free, hygienic cutting process. Waterjet cutting advantages include cutting to any shape or size; perfect portion control; high production capacity; higher yield; and reduced product waste therefore creating a better quality product.

With these new systems, Marchant Schmidt can open up new opportunities to improve production processes.
