Jorin Offers Water Quality Analyser That Checks The Performance of Water Treatment Systems
Jorin has introduced the Vipa MZ4, its lightest and most compact water-quality analyser yet, designed to enable oil and gas operators to check and optimise the performance of water treatment and disposal systems. Atex certified for operation in Zone 2, the Vipa range measures oil droplet size, oil concentration, solid particle size and solids concentration simultaneously in oilfield waters.
The Vipa MZ4 analyser is designed to be easily transported to onshore and offshore production facilities, where it is used for troubleshooting, monitoring equipment and chemical trials, as well as for determining water quality specifications and optimising water treatment prior to disposal or re-injection. According to Jorin, the analyser’s ability to provide process data in real time means that work can be undertaken quicker and at a lower cost.
