Ha-VIS EtherRail® Cable

HARTING offers solutions consisting of active components and cabling especially for setting up data networks in trains and buses. In view of the fact that the data network cabling in this environment should also be able to support future applications such as Gigabit Ethernet, HARTING has added Category 7 products to the Ha-VIS EtherRail® family.

The new Ha-VIS EtherRail® Category 7 cable satisfies the stringent demands for fire protection in buses and trains according to EN 45545 Parts 1, 2 and 5 and DIN 5510 Parts 1 to 4. The cable's powerful PIMF design delivers Category 7 transmission performance.

The new 8-wire Ha-VIS EtherRail® cable is UV-resistant, RoHS compliant and halogen-free (LSZH).
