Development of OCXO ultra small size (1cc) and high stability for small cellular base stations with the world's highest stability in broad temperature range (±20ppb/-40 to +85°C)

Nihon Dempa Kogyo Co., Ltd. (President : Hiroshi Takeuchi), has developed 9 types (standard frequency 10, 12.8, 13, 19.2, 20, 26, 38.4, 38.88, 40MHz) of OCXO (Oven-Controlled Crystal Oscillator) with high stability in broad temperature range, small size and low power consumption. Designed for the increasing small cellular base station market to meet communications traffic expansion of high speed mobile and optical communication networks.

We have realized the size 14.6×9.7×6.5 mm, the smallest level as OCXO, but the world's highest stability in broad temperature range (±20ppb/-40 to +85°C) by introducing our proprietary high level temperature compensated control circuit technology, integrating crystal resonator circuit and digital signal processing technology. Our proprietary circuit configuration also makes it possible to not only to provide samples of standard frequency promptly, but to provide samples of custom frequency in shorter period.
