FLOOR PATCH™ - PATCHING COMPOUNDS HAVE 3 TIMES MORE STRENGTH THAN CONCRETE

Floor Savers™ floor maintenance and repair products from Devcon are all-purpose concrete patching compounds that can be easily applied by plant maintenance personnel. With excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates, they cure at room temperature and achieve compressive strengths of 8000-9000 psi, over three times the typical strength of concrete. Easily trowelable to a nonporous finish, these durable compounds provide excellent resistance to water, oils, solvents, and alkalis and are acceptable for use in meat and poultry plants. Their nonsagging formulation will not run or drip when used on vertical or overhead applications.

Floor Patch™ is a general-purpose concrete patching compound that provides excellent adhesion to concrete, brick, masonry, metal, or wood surfaces. It can be easily mixed and trowel-applied, curing at room temperature to a hard concrete surface in 8 hours.

Floor Patch FC is a fast-curing version of Floor Patch, ideal for quick, efficient floor repairs in high-traffic areas. It has a 15-minute pot life and cures completely in 3 hours. With Devcon Concrete Primer, Floor Patch FC bonds to wet surfaces and at temperatures below 40° F, allowing fast, effective floor repairs in all environments.

For industrial floors exposed to harsh chemicals, Ultra Quartz™ is a heavy-duty, premium floor patching system with excellent chemical resistance. It offers outstanding protection against acids, alkalis, water, oils, solvents, and most chemicals. This high-performance patching system includes a surface primer for superior bonding to existing concrete or other surfaces.

Devcon Floor Savers floor maintenance products are 100% solids formulations that meet federal VOC regulations. Floor Patch is available in 10-pound and 40-pound containers, Floor Patch FC in a 10-pound container, and Ultra Quartz in a 35-pound container.
