WAGO 804 Series Push-Button PCB Terminal Blocks
WAGO Corporation’s 804 Series Push-Button PCB Terminal Blocks provide jumper-free commoning to support manufacturers exporting LED devices and industrial electronics. Common European requirements limit ground circuits from crossing PCB. The modular 804 Series circumnavigates this with factory-assembled strips that include grounding for up to four clamping units via internal commoning. Units are available in 5mm (2–16 poles), or 7.5mm (2–12 poles) pin spacing.
804 Series provides tool-free, PUSH WIRE® terminations for solid and ferruled conductors AWG 28–12. Push-buttons simplify insertion/removal for fine-stranded conductors; the push-buttons also enable easy removal of all conductor types. CAGE CLAMP®S Spring Pressure Technology resists vibration, corrosion and thermal cycling for maintenance-free connections. The through-hole 804 Series is rated 300V/10A or up to 600V/20A (factory wiring).
CAST A LIGHT ON LED WIRING ACCURACY:
804 Series’ modular design reduces wiring errors in LED-based applications. It enables individual poles to be color-coded to match component wiring, e.g., black, white, gray, red and violet. The terminal blocks feature an integrated test port and provide marking via optional self-adhesive marker strips or custom, direct printing. Spacer blocks are optional to increase creepage and clearance distances where necessary. These conveniences have gained 804 Series a following among manufacturers of LED drivers and electronics, such as commercial-grade door devices.
