Laird Technologies Expands In Building Wireless Antenna Product Line with New LTE Ceiling Mount Broadband Antenna
Laird Technologies, Inc., a global leader in the design and supply of customized performance-critical components and systems for advanced electronics and wireless products, today expanded its in-building wireless product line with the release of the new CMS69273 LTE ceiling mount broadband omnidirectional antenna.
For In-Building Wireless (IBW) solution providers, the CMS69273 offers the latest in next generation 4G solutions. The antenna provides indoor cellular coverage for GSM, DCS, UMTS and LTE/WiMAX standards in the 698 to 960 MHz, 1575 MHz and 1710 to 2700 MHz frequency ranges. It features a pattern specifically shaped to provide optimal performance and maintain integrity from a ceiling mount location. The pattern is uniform and symmetrical which enables system integrators to precisely determine cell size.
"The CMS69273 LTE in-building antenna was designed to provide a singular solution for both cellular coverage and data transport needs. It offers 4G broadband solutions at 3G prices," said Ted Hebron, Laird Technologies Antenna Product Manager. "As the first company in the industry to bring this technology to market, Laird Technologies continues to demonstrate its expertise in developing advanced cellular indoor and next generation 4G antenna solutions."
The antenna is available in a low profile, aesthetically neutral housing made with UL 94 V-0 materials. Mounting options include a flush mount with screws and anchors or a threaded stem.
An industry leader in the design and manufacture of antennas for in-building wireless data, Laird Technologies possesses end-to-end system knowledge and employs advanced, proprietary design tools to bring novel antenna designs to market with unmatched performance that maximize total system performance and user satisfaction.
