IET Labs Purchases the 1900 Series and 7600 Plus Precision LCR Meter Lines from QuadTech Inc.

IET Labs, is a leading provider of Decade Resistor, Inductance and Capacitor Standards, Megohmmeters, Stroboscopes and Digibridge LCR Meters, announces that it has purchased the 1910, 1920 and 7600 Plus Precision LCR Meter Products from QuadTech Inc.

Benjamin Sheena, Worldwide Sales Manager for IET Labs says, “The addition of the 1900 Series and 7600 Plus LCR Meters will expand our offering of LCR meters so we can now cover requirements from 0.02% accuracy LCR meters for metrology and precision measurement applications to automotive and military applications requiring LCR meter measurements from dc to 2 MHz.  IET has a long history in LCR meters which includes sales and support of the of the original GenRad Digibridge Line of  RLC Meters, which have recently been updated with RS232 and IEEE-488.2 compatible command set.”

Customers using the 1910, 1920, 7600 Plus and 7400/7600 Precision LCR Meters will see improved service and support as IET Labs is an A2LA accredited calibration laboratory to ISO-17025 and provides complete calibration, repair and warranty service for all QuadTech’s LCR meters as well as IET’s complete line of metrology standards, megohmmeters, and other precision test equipment.

All of the QuadTech employees who are involved with the 1900 and 7600 Plus will join IET Labs at their West Roxbury MA location, which handles all phases of manufacturing, service, test and calibration.

The 1910, 1920 and 7600 Plus will continue to be manufactured with pride in the USA.
