har-port: New Types for Ethernet

HARTING has expanded its har-port product family with RJ45 service interfaces complete with patch cables already fitted. This means users no longer need a socket as was the case with versions with the RJ45 coupler and separate patch cables. The interfaces are available with cable lengths ranging from 0.2 m to 5 m. They are designed for 1/10 Gbit Ethernet and match transmission category Cat. 6 / class EA. The current product range therefore covers har-port service interfaces for RJ45 and USB, each as coupler versions or versions with fitted cables. Complemented by an extensive range of accessories, e.g. protective covers and name plates, the system supplies the user with all the conventional interfaces in switch cabinets, machines and other applications with easy access from the outside.
