Grand opening of GE Measurement & Control Customer Application Center in Shanghai

GE Measurement & Control (GE M&C) of GE Oil & Gas announced the grand opening of its new
Customer Application Center(CAC) in Shanghai on July 25th, 2012. Liu Bo, General Manger, GE
Oil & Gas, Greater China; Xu Xin General Manager, GE Measurement & Control, China; Li Shou
Sheng, Executive vice president of China Oil & Chemical industry united association; Liu Chao
Hui, section chief from Shanghai Commerce Committee Foreign capital management office joined
grand opening cutting ceremony. Around 150 external people join this ceremony and visited our
CAC about the GE M&C product portfolio and experienced our multimedia tools.

The new CAC has mainly 3 sections: Product demonstration, multimedia presentation, class room
training. Product demonstration present our products, including our Remote control center, which
can be used in O&G, Power, Aviation, Healthcare and other related industries. Customers can
experience the complete GE M&C product portfolio by seeing & operating the products by
themselves. Multimedia, including the industry map, Kaon 3D model, showcase how GE M&C
products and services work together to maximize the value of equipment, optimize plant
operations, maximize the key assets life cycles. Class training offers the variety platform for both
internal & external people to know the most updated technology, experience operation demo and
product function which combine practice and theory.

This CAC is operated and synchronized 24 hours with other GE CAC facilities around the world.
Through GE remote control service system, GE can offer on time and sufficient service to the
customers. This CAC also severs as a communication platform between the customers and GE
employees to work together to find the best industry solution.
