EPS-25/35 series (25W/35W Miniature Green Open Frame Type)

In response to the low power consumption requirement for electronic end products, MEAN WELL introduced a new generation of power supply with green concept~ EPS-25/35 series, 25W and 35W high efficiency AC/DC green open frame type switching power supply. Featuring with cost effective PCB structure, these PSUs without enclosure are designed to install directly into system chassis. Compared to MEANWELL’s first generation of PCB type with the same wattage ~ PS-25/35 series, these new models have extremely low “no load power consumption” (below 0.3W). Their PCB size was reduced from 4”x2” to 3”x2”, the working efficiency was increased by 4~13% correspondingly, and the warranty was extended from 2 years to 3 years

With up-to-date high efficiency circuit design, EPS-25/35 series possess up to 90% of high efficiency. Hence, they can be cooled by free air convection from -30℃ to +70℃ ambient temperature that required for operating in a closed system. Complete protection functions include short circuit, overload, and over voltage. In addition, these new power units feature with extremely low no-load power consumption (<0. 3W), which allows the designers easily conform to the requirements of ErP norm (Energy-related Products) for end systems. These new series comply with certificates per UL/CUL/TUV/CB/CE which can greatly guarantee your safety. Suitable applications include factory automation, electrical or mechanical equipment, and all usage that requires low no load power consumption.

TURCK is now offering the option to completely shield M8 picofast ® cordsets by connecting a braided shield directly to the coupling nut. This provides a cost-effective and reliable connection with 100 percent cable and connector shielding, which protects against electromagnetic and radio frequency interference.

The 3 and 4-pin cordsets are available with flexlife ® PVC or PUR jacketed cable. All connectors deliver IEC IP 67 protection.

The M8 picofast line, like most TURCK cordsets, provides male or female, straight and right angle connectors, standard and custom lengths, and pigtails or extensions. Fully encapsulated mating receptacles are also offered, completing the system.
