Crydom Introduces the "DRA" Series of Din Rail Mounted AC and DC Output Solid State Relay Assemblies and "DRS" Series of Din Rail Sockets

The DRA series feature 10 mm wide DIN Rail mounted Single Channel and 54 mm wide Four Channel DIN Rail mounted SSR Assemblies utilizing proven Crydom SIP type AC or DC output SSRs mounted in DRS series sockets.

Crydom, a company of Custom Sensors & Technologies (CST) and global expert in Solid State Relay Technology, introduces a new line of DIN Rail mounted Solid State Relay Assemblies and Sockets for Single Channel and Four Channel Applications. Mounting to standard 35 mm DIN Rail, the DRA series feature a variety of Industry Standard Crydom Single-in-Line AC and DC output SSRs in “ready to use” assemblies.

DRS Sockets, shipped in kit form, are available in 3 different input configurations including 3 to 15 VDC & 18 to 30 VDC each featuring LED input status indicators, and a 3 to 32 VDC or 90 to 280 VAC version without input status indicator. DRS1 Single Channel and DRS4 Four Channel sockets accept Industry Standard SIP type SSRs such as the Crydom CX and CMX series.

Crydom DRA and DRS Assemblies and Sockets offer the user a wide range of standard output and control ratings as well as the option for customer specific adaptations.

Banner Engineering DF-G3 Discrete Fiber Amplifier Features World-Class Long Range Sensing Capability

Banner Engineering introduces its DF-G3 discrete long-range fiber amplifier with dual digital displays for use with plastic and glass fiber optic assemblies. Featuring increased sensing power, the DF-G3 can sense more than 3 meters (10 ft.) with opposed mode fibers or more than 1 meter (3 ft.) with diffuse mode fibers. The extra power provides increased detection reliability for dark targets at long range and enhanced detection sensitivity when using specialty fiber assemblies for large area and small part detection applications.
