Axiomtek Releases An All-In-One 3.5” Embedded Board with AMD G-Series APU & HD Graphics – CAPA110

Axiomtek is pleased to announce the release of CAPA110, the first AMD Fusion powered board in this group of single board computers.  This board is equipped with the latest AMD G-series APU dual core T56N 1.65GHz and Fusion Controller Hub A50M chipset.  This board is great for graphics-intensive applications such as medical imaging, digital signage, kiosks/POI, and gaming machines.  One (1) SO-DIMM socket on the CAPA110 supports up to 4GB of DDR3 1333 memory and the integrated RadeonTM HD6320 graphics controller delivers unprecedented high definition visual experience and offers outstanding 3D performance with DirectX 11 compatibility.  Dual display capability is supported via the VGA and DisplayPort connections on the coastline, as well as onboard 18-bit/24-bit LVDS interface.  The CAPA110 provides high-bandwidth expansion capability with one (1) PCI Express Mini card for custom system configurations.  This board only requires +12V DC power input.

Axiomtek CAPA110 is powered by AMD G-Series dual core T56N processor with A50M FCH and up to 4GB DDR3 memory.  It has an advanced graphics engine with DirectX 11 support and features DisplayPort, 18/24-bit LVDS, and VGA display capability with high definition video support.

Rich I/O and More Features

To accommodate connecting multiple peripheral devices, the CAPA110 provides six (6) USB 2.0 ports and two (2) SATA ports with transfer rates up to 6Gb/s.  Expansion capabilities include a socket for PCI Express Mini card and one (1) CF socket.  Other onboard I/O features includes; four (4) COM ports (3 x RS-232 & 1 x RS-232/422/485), dual Gigabit LANs, CompactFlash™, and HD audio.  The CAPA110 supports Windows® 7, Windows® Vista, Windows® XP embedded, and Linux.  A built-in Watchdog Timer keeps system running smoothly.
