Pick-and-Place System Targets Chips and ICs

Assembleon's Twin Placement Robot (TPR) is a pick-and-place solution for both chips and ICs and can be mounted on any Assembleon AX-501 and AX-301. It offers a speed of up to 111,000 components per hour and accuracy down to 10 micron.

Mounted with multiple TPRs, the AX-501 and AX-301 can perfectly balance the load between passives and ICs or flip chips on one machine platform. This turns the component mounters from Assembleon into a one-fit solution for the PCB assembly industry and the Semicon/Backend industry.
