Mattei Offers Advice on Energy-Saving Compressors

Rotary vane compressor manufacturer Mattei will discuss how businesses can improve the energy efficiency of their compressed-air systems at this year's Energy Event on Stand 2502. The team from Mattei will offer advice and guidance on energy-saving compressor technologies. The company offers a range of efficient compressors, including the Maxima range. These compressors have a high mechanical efficiency, using as little as 5.4kW of electricity to produce a cubic metre of air per minute.

Mattei will also highlight the importance of looking at the energy efficiency of a complete compressed-air system. This includes the correct selection of equipment - looking at the sizing of compressors and also whether they should be variable or fixed speed - as well as air receiver sizing and the type of pipework. Visitors to the stand will also be able to find out more about a range of related services, such as leak detection, heat recovery and compressed-air system audits.
