Ondrives Introduces Commercial Worms And Wheels

Power transmission specialist Ondrives has launched a standard commercial range of worms and wheels, including both bored and shaft worms as well as plain and bossed wheels. Steel and case-hardened steel worms are standard with phosphor bronze PB2 wheels; delrin versions are also in stock. All are made to Quality Grade 9 DIN 3974. The products will be supplied as standard with one start; customers should specify if they require two, three or four.

Standard sizes start at 0.5 Mod going up to 3.0 Mod, with others available on request. Various quantities of teeth, bore sizes and other materials are also available. Right-hand leads are standard, but left-hand versions are also offered. These are all made in house at the Ondrives manufacturing facility.
