Data-Management Platform for Clothing Development

The ENOVIA V6 Apparel Accelerators from Dassault Systemes provide pre-defined work processes, data models and document management capabilities that reduce development time and costs in manufacturing. By providing designers with easy access to previous product data they can use for designing new products, ENOVIA V6 can reduce development cycle time. Furthermore, collaboration is improved as all data resides in the same place, accessible to everyone participating in the product definition process.

It is also possible to integrate the platform with Adobe Illustrator, allowing designers to create and access data in ENOVIA from within the Adobe interface. The platform has recently been selected by Mammut Sports, a designer of durable alpine and trekking equipment, to manage its development processes from initial product design all the way to sourcing, manufacturing and sales.
