Fast Application with Tremo Fastrak DPM

Tremco illbruck has developed the ES200 Fastrak Universal DPM, suitable for one coat application and cures in half the time of conventional epoxy based surface damp proof membranes. This allows the surface damp proof membrane and smoothing compound to be applied in the same day. A solvent-free two part, epoxy based damp proof membrane which achieves emicode EC1 status, Tremco ES 200 was developed specifically for suppressing residual moisture in concrete and sand/cement subfloors.

It is suitable for use on heated concrete and sand/cement screeds and provides a guaranteed surface damp proof membrane which is pinhole resistant. Tremco ES200 has a low viscosity formulation which is easy to apply and the Tremco application technique, using trowel and roller, assists in ensuring the correct coating thickness is obtained.
