ATS Enhances Attribute and Defect Recording System

ATS Global has announced variable data collection (VDC) in the latest release of Inspect, its attribute and defect recording software. Inspect records and stores visually identified product defects and non-conformances directly onto an image of the product. It now offers VDC to complement its capabilities.

In addition to replacing paper-based systems, with its electronic check-list functionality, the latest version of Inspect will also provide statistical process control data.
