CMM Package Integrates Scanning Probe

The new 'Liberty Technology Package' can be added to any new CMM in the Wenzel range and integrates either the Renishaw PH20 infinite indexing probe head, or the high-speed five-axis Revo probe.

Both are supplied with the Renishaw UCC2 motion controller and the next generation of OpenDMIS metrology software. According to Wenzel, the Revo probe system is a high-speed, five-axis scanning probe system suitable for scanning power train, turbine blades, blisks or any component where high-speed scanning can be performed.
