Hi-Weigh Introduces Digital Platform Scales

Hi-Weigh Australia is offering a range of digital platform scales for applications in the packaging, food and warehousing industries, for example. Available in weighing capacities from 50kg (accuracy 5g) to 300kg (accuracy 50g), the scales have been designed for use in any application where accurate weighing is a requirement. The scales are claimed to be easy to set up and operate thanks to their large 25mm LCD display.

A detailed manual is included to assist with operation. Included with the scales is an AC supply; in addition, they will operate on batteries for remote use in isolated areas such as farms, market gardens and fruit and produce stalls. The stainless steel platform measures 530 x 410mm and will allow overhang for larger items. The backlit display can be remote - there is no need for a support pillar.
