Flat-Sealed Front Panel PC for Industrial Use

Advantech's Industrial Automation Group has introduced the IPPC-6192A, a PC with a strong NEMA4/ IP65 front panel capable of resisting the harsh conditions of almost any industrial environment. This model features a 19in SXGA TFT LCD and powerful Intel Core 2 Quad or Core 2 Duo computing performance. With a front-accessible USB design, DDR3 memory bus (twice the data rate of DDR2), slim CD-ROM drive, two PCI expansion slots and two SATA hard drive interfaces with RAID 0/1 support, this IPPC provides a HMI platform suitable for many industrial applications.

The processor and chipset combination form the foundation for Intel's vPro technology, which offers remote out-of-band manageability, improved security, and energy-efficient performance. A flat-sealed front panel design makes cleaning quick and easy, while the device's control box provides a gull-wing design for component installation and maintenance. IPPC-6192A also features a touchscreen and supports Microsoft Windows 7 and WinXP.
