Thermally Conductive Compound Produces Tough Bonds
Master Bond's Supreme 10AOHT-LO polymer adhesive, a single-component, no-mix, thermally conductive compound, is ideal for use in the aerospace, optical, medical and oil/chemical processing industries. The compound is claimed to feature superior electrical insulation and toughness.It meets NASA's low-out-gassing specifications and offers excellent durability and dimensional stability, according to the company. It is formulated to cure at elevated temperatures between 250F and 300F for one hour and produces bonds for service over the temperature range of 4K to 400F.
