BIEMH Features Eco-Designed Milling Machines

Nicholas Correa is to showcase its large 'green' milling machines at the BIEMH event, focusing on sustainability as a product differentiation strategy. The eco-machines designed based on eco-design criteria are: Xperta, Norma, Axia HVM, Lanza, Performer, and VH-Plus. The company said it is providing customers with value and helping sustainable development through eco-design.

The resulting products are claimed to be innovative, flexible, reliable, durable, adaptable and reusable. They also perform better environmentally and are of the same or better quality than their equivalents on the market. This makes savings possible through reducing energy consumption throughout the machines' lives equivalent to 20 per cent of their acquisition cost.
