Injection-Moulded Case Protects Sensitive Items

SKB's new 3I-2217-10 injection-moulded case, available from Canyonwest Cases, is claimed to be indestructible and can therefore be used to safeguard sensitive items. SKB 3i series cases are available in 22 sizes, with inside dimensions ranging from 9.25 x 7 x 4in to 50.5 x 14.5 x 6in. The cases are waterproof, dustproof and crushproof. They also have an automatic purge valve and an unconditional lifetime guarantee.

Interior options include foam filled, adjustable dividers and custom foam. Some sizes are equipped with wheels and a retractable pull-handle. SKB 3i series waterproof cases meet a variety of military specifications, including MIL-C-4150J, MIL-STD-648C and MIL-STD-810F. Cases are also Air Transport Association (ATA) compliant. The new 3i-2217-10 wheeled case measures 22 x 17 x 10.5in (inside dimensions) and is available in two stock configurations: foam filled, costing USD197.99 (3i-2217-10B-C); and empty, priced at USD156.99 (3i-2217-10B-E).

The MSRP is USD384.99 (GBP236.77) and USD299.99 respectively. Canyonwest Cases offers a full range of premium rotationally moulded and injection-moulded cases and provides custom foam insert capabilities. It offers a range of stock cases from various manufacturers as well as custom soft cases for commercial, industrial and military applications.
