FLSmidth Chooses Smartplant Enterprise Platform

FLSmidth has selected Intergraph's Smartplant Enterprise system to design cement and mineral processing facilities in order to improve process control and increase efficiency. This agreement comprises a suite of products including the Smartplant 3D Materials Handling Edition, Smartplant Foundation and Smartplant P and ID.

This will allow FLSmidth, a supplier of equipment and services to the cement and minerals industries, to better integrate work processes, as well as engineering disciplines, and to standardise project phases from proposal to handover to service more than 400 users globally.
