Ondrives Launches Gears and Gearboxes Catalog

Ondrives has launched a gears and gearboxes catalogue, which features extra bore options on E30, E40, E50 and E60 crossed-axis helical-type gearboxes. Cast-iron and titanium precision spur gears have been added to the company's precision range of gears, along with larger-sized cast-iron wormwheels. A range of Simplex, Duplex and Triplex sprockets and chains has also been introduced to complement this power transmission product range.

These start at 6mm and increase to 50.8mm, going up in all the most popular increments to cover a range of sizes, according to marketing manager Amanda Laughton. Many new, clearer and updated diagrams have been added to the gearbox pages to ensure higher-clarity detail for the end user, added sales director Andy Higgs. The most up-to-date 2D and 3D computer-aided-design (CAD) drawing systems have been used to create these, with another seat added recently, further enhancing the technical drawing department.

Ondrives can help with any special requirements customers may have and can provide a line or assembly drawing on request when an order is placed. Finally, 3mm HTD pulleys have also been added to further enhance the range of timing belts and pulleys available.
