Mosfet Designed for 4.5V Switching Applications

NXP Semiconductors has announced the addition of the PSMN1R0-30YLC Mosfet to the Nextpower range for high-performance DC/DC conversion applications. These include synchronous buck regulators, synchronous rectifiers in isolated power supplies and power OR-ing. The 30V Power-SO8 Mosfet is the first product in the Nextpower range and features a low RDSon of 1.4mohm at 4.5V.

The PSMN1R0-30YLC is optimised for 4.5V switching applications and is packaged in LKPAK, which is claimed to be the industry's toughest Power-SO8 package. Features of the Mosfet include: advanced Nextpower technology optimised for low RDSon at 4.5V gate drive; high-reliability Power-SO8, qualified to 175C; high system efficiencies by ultra-low QG, QGD and QOSS.
