Metalworking Company Acquires Trumpf Laser
Metalworking company ADS Laser has acquired a Trumpf Trulaser 3030 L20 laser processing centre, enabling it to process mild steel up to 25mm, stainless up to 20mm and aluminium up to 12mm. The system includes a universal cutting head for the entire range of sheet thickness.
ADS Laser runs the L20's forerunner, the Trulaser 3.2kW 3030, and two Trumabend press brakes alongside its new addition. The L20 offers the ability to tag parts and process poly-coated stainless steel at the machine, which has has reduced downtime for ADS.
