Studded Wheels Provide Anti-Friction Guidance

Dualvee Motion Technology (DMT) produces anti-friction guidance mechanisms for pick-and-place units and packaging machinery that does not require the high precision of the Hepcomotion GV3 System. Manufactured in four sizes, the new Dualvee Swaged Integral Studded Wheels are available in concentric and eccentric designs. They may be specified in stainless steel for corrosive environments or for washdown conditions in food and beverage applications.

Versions are also stocked for low- or high-temperature applications, and custom greases may also be requested. In common with the standard, single-piece Dualvee Integral Studded Wheels, the swaged versions have the same low-profile design and large threads that provide greater rigidity and increased mounting-torque capability. They are also interchangeable so existing applications can take advantage of the new swaged option. The Dualvee additions are supplied in short lead times and there is no minimum quantity stipulated. Custom stud lengths can also be supplied on request.
