LI Series Relays Optimized for High Voltage Applications
Improved mechanical design, optimized resin filling process and a modern laser marking are the new improvements of the optimized LI Relays Series.
Using the principle of continuous product improvement at MEDER electronic and incorporating new technical progress into the production process, allows us to introduce the optimized LI Series Reed Relay into the market. The main improvements include:
Improved mechanical design
New base plate provides a stable relay structure
Optimized resin filling process
Fully automated dispensing process ensures consistent high quality and uniform fill
As part of the improved mechanical design, the new base plate prevents resin from wicking up the connection pins, improving the solderability of the pins.
The new base plate also improves the electrical isolation between pins.
Modern laser marking
Product Marking and date code is applied only after 100% final inspection
More durable marking: (No ink to fade or wear off).
The LI Series Reed Relays are mainly used in high-voltage technology such as cable and in-circuit test equipment, high voltage test equipment and as the change-over switch in photovoltaic applications. They are also used in the emerging EV (electric vehicles) market.
