Vibration Sensor For Production Quality Control
The Polytec IVS-400 industrial vibration sensor enables non-contact production testing of devices and components regarding their compliance with vibration thresholds and the related noise behaviour. Structure-borne sound is measured directly, a fact that renders sound isolation of the test stand unnecessary. Likewise, expensive and error-prone feeding and positioning is not needed as in the case of tactile sensors.
For the first time, the Despec filter technology is integrated in the hardware of the digital vibrometer, allowing for reliable measurements on virtually any technical surface such as cast metal, aluminium, plastics or ceramics. Combined with Quickcheck, Polytec's easy-to-configure data acquisition and analysis software for a reliable pass/fail-evaluation according to the customer's specifications, Polytec offers an economic and flexible all-in-one solution for production quality control.
