Misumi Seminar To Focus On Configurable Components

Misumi will conduct its free Configurable Component Technical Seminar to machine, equipment and assembly system engineers at the Design and Manufacturing Midwest Expo on 28-30 September. The seminar will demonstrate the advantages of configurable components and the company's web ordering system (WOS). The technical seminar will be repeated on each day of the show from 10:00 until 11:30 in Misumi's Hospitality Suite, Conference Room 10, in the Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.

In addition to the morning seminar, Misumi engineers will also feature brief technical presentations every afternoon. Leading the seminars will be Misumi engineer Chris Blaszczyk, an author and a mechanical engineer, and Misumi mechanical engineer Mike Melone, an author of numerous articles for the product design and development industry press. During the show, Misumi booth personnel will be available to register engineers for the seminar. In addition, the company will register attendees to receive its soon-to-be-published 2011 Metric Catalog, containing more than a million fixed and configurable components for factory automation and equipment design engineers.
