Ultra-Rugged PDA Features MIL-810F Compliance
American Industrial Systems (AIS) has introduced an ultra-rugged mobile PDA. The device features MIL-810F Environmental Engineering compliance, MIL-461F Control of Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Electromagnetic Compatibility ratings; designed for use in adverse conditions. The rugged PDA features a 3.7in Transflective TFT LCD screen, providing vibrant colour and sharp text in all environments, including direct outdoor sunlight, suitable for running applications and reading documents. An integrated resistive touchscreen provides input and control flexibility for applications such as GPS navigation, testing applications and communication. There is a built-in 802.11 b/g/n WLAN module, Bluetooth V2.0 +EDR, GPS/Gallileo receivers and 3G GPRS modules for increased range and tracking information.
